Extension

EBK

EBK is the abbreviation used here for fitted kitchen, a fully equipped kitchen that is built-in into the room.

Electric storage heating is an electrically operated heating system in which a heat storage tank is heated up during off-peak periods when electrical energy is available at cheaper rates.

ENEV

ENEV is the abbreviation for Energy Saving Ordinance. This is a law and an important instrument for German energy and climate protection policy. The German government has set itself the goal of making the building stock almost climate-neutral by 2050. The ENEV replaces the Thermal Insulation Ordinance and the Heating Systems Ordinance and had its last major amendment in 2013.

Exposé

With an exposé, the real estate agent describes the property and provides the relevant data for the purchase. In this way, the real estate agent complies with his obligation to provide information under MaBV (German Real Estate Agent and Property Developer Ordinance).

Effectiveness
